02 IN PRACTICE

Two perspectives.
One connected picture.

A monthly membership. A paused plan. A visit pack running low. Here’s how the same studio day can be clearer for the team and its members.

03 OUR APPROACH

Good software should
make things clearer.
Not add to the noise.

Ongoing relationships work better when everyone understands where they stand. That’s the idea behind RECONN.

01

Clear before clever.

Show the plan, the dates and the available actions. Leave the technical language out of everyday tasks.

02

Context stays connected.

Keep changes alongside the current membership, so the next conversation starts with understanding.

03

Continuing is a choice.

Make renewal and change requests visible. Help people understand their options, without pressure or hidden assumptions.

A LITTLE MORE CONTEXT

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Who is RECONN for?

RECONN focuses on service businesses with memberships or visit-based plans: independent studios, member clubs, small learning spaces and similar organisations. We design for the owners and administrators running the day, and for members checking their own plans.

What is the focus of the platform?

One connected view of the membership lifecycle: setting up a plan, recording its use, keeping track of changes and pauses, and making the next step clear. Our focus is membership management, renewal workflows, member self-service and an operational overview for the team.

Is “renewal due” the same as “ended”?

No. A membership’s state and its next action describe different things. An active membership can be approaching its end date and need a renewal conversation. In the example above, these are shown separately so the current plan remains clear.

How do we discuss our requirements?

Email ask@reconnsaas.co.uk with a little about your organisation, the plans you offer and what needs to work better. We’d be glad to hear how you manage memberships today.
